KlubSynq is provided to clubs and their members for the purpose of digital club operations — bookings, memberships, events, and access. You agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with your club's rules.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account.
4. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and software on KlubSynq are the property of KlubSynq or its licensors and protected by applicable law.
5. Limitation of liability
KlubSynq is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
